Tips on How to Transition from one of our Red Carpet Cleanses to a new and improved lifestyle:
A cleanse can be a remarkable experience with remarkable results. Sometimes these benefits can delightfully surpass and surprise any expectations. Transitioning back to a regular SAD diet: Standard American Diet consisting of red meat, pop, refined sugar, hydrogenated fats and caffeine to name a few, with some changes that you choose to implement (our hope for you!) can be made simple with a few tips in minds. We do recommend that you purchase Red Carpet Cleanse Transition ezinebook (coming soon!) to gain the full picture on how to transition.
Here are some of what September recommends:
- Start each morning by drinking 1 glass of solay (sole) or water with a sqeeze of lemon with MSM
- Take 3-4 grams of Chlorella with your green smoothie
- Have 1-2 packets of Three lac everyday (an excellent probiotic)
- Green smoothies for breakfast made with organic almond milk or water
- Add grass juices and maca to your breakfast smoothies
- Eat fruit that only bear seeds as your preferred snack (seeds provide a higher biophoton energy)
- Prill your water refer to www.thewolfclinic.com
- Try to prepare your food and salads with organic coconut oil (makes the blood more slippery)
- Start eating a variety of vegetables, especially wild greens
- Miso soup for evening meal
- Introduce small portions of proteins (3 oz) to your salads with a light dressing
- Chew your food well ( to a liquid)
- Incorporate enzymes into your meals that are not raw
- Replace your table salt w/ Flower of the Ocean Sea salt
- If your plate represents only brown food you need to add color
- Add more sprouts to your diet
- More vegetarian diet in general
- Do not mix starches with proteins
To help with digestion and to help break the foods down you can supplement this with:
- hydrochloric acid (HCL in health food stores)
- digestive enzymes (we love HIZYME brand)
The best advise is to try to avoid going back to the SAD diet. Be cautious introducing red meat, white bread, white sugar, nicotine and alcohol too quickly if at all. Here are some alternatives that you could easily implement right away.
- replace white sugar with raw blue agave syrup or stevia for those avoiding sugar
- replace white and whole wheat breads with whole grain such as quinoa, millet and wild rice
- stay away from processed foods such as lunch meats, bacon, hot dogs, etc and choose healthier choices such as veggie dogs and veggie burgers
- substitute cow’s milk for raw almond milk (organic)
- choose free-range chickens, lean meats and wild fish
- stay away from fried ‘anything’ and choose a salad instead!
These are all just simple tips to making the transition easier. Listen to your body. Any reaction will be intensified after a cleanse so everything in moderation is the golden rule.
